Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation or exploitation, in whole or in part, by any means whatsoever, without the prior written authorization of OPTIMUS NETWORK, is strictly prohibited and would constitute an infringement.
The ScaleUp trademark and the associated logo are the exclusive property of OPTIMUS NETWORK.
